I know Q, the man that started the QAnon movement.
I have had dinner with him on more than 3 occasions.
He is a high-ranking military officer in the NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY.
He started the Qanon movement to distribute information on current events, he purposely spoke in code - some of it multiple layers deep.
Outside of the NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY distributing what it deemed important information, other intelligence agencies such as Military Intelligence 6 and Military Intelligence 7 were also distributing their own intelligence information,
at least in so much that they were engaging in psychological warfare campaigns.
As such it is perfectly reasonable for an agent or officer in the NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY to distribute their own information they think may be of interest.
It has come for a time to end this method of communication (speaking in code, at least for the most part.)
